Maybe you have a fuller update coming, but just in case:
El'nath is still listed with N'orr. But I annexed it with Diplomacy secondary, exhausting Mallice.

Also, there should be a Control Marker on Dal Bootha.

Question: If I activate Rigels and move a Carrier there, can I pick up a unit that is already there and invade with it on another planet there? Or is picking up blocked by the Naalu fleet? Or can be it be done as long as I win the space battle?

Quick glance through the rules about Shifi's question didn't reveal an easy answer. I'll dive into it tonight. In the mean time, if anyone happens to know and can quote the rule, that would be appreciated.

Well, picking up happens during the movement step, which happens before space battles. I guess the question comes to can you pick up in a system that has an opposing fleet.

A: No. The Light/Wave Deflectors tech allows you to move
through systems containing enemy ships, but does not allow
you to pick up units in systems containing enemy ships.

This was found in the errata. Not exactly the same situation, but if you can't pick up with light/wave, then I doubt you can pick up at all.
