A new website for VassalForge, French community of Vassal

Postby gaet » January 13th, 2009, 6:45 pm

Hi all,

Just for information, VassalForge has a new Website : http://www.vassalforge.org

I hope that the new version is more attractive and that players find information more easily.

We have the project to make a bilingual website in the following months.

Argh Don't say that !!!! The frenchies don't see it !!! And it's true ;)

I search the bug. I use a template from Rockettheme. I make some changes on it, the calendar is bilingual but don't take French traduction. I don't know why for the moment.

It's a very nice site. We should just babelfish it and farm it out in English.

It's in French, not Hungarian.

The translation isn't a priority for us. We want to implement tools for managing championship and tournament... After these, we 'll work on a bilingual website ;)

VassalForge has been multilingual for a few weeks now.

you can follow VassalForge on Twitter : http://twitter.com/Vassalforge

We've created a new section : Vassal's session. In order to show a game and a module, we use a description of a party played on Vassal. Your contributions are welcome. Of course, I'll make the french translation. :)

Since the beginning of the Year, we created some modules : Leader 1 (and its extensions), 22 pommes, Trader, Chabyrinthe, Wolf... And it's not finished ;)
