File sync feature.

Suggestions for additional features for the module editor and Vassal engine.

File sync feature.

It would be nice to have ability to sync all files with remote player, using P2P or other service.

Scenario:

In Vassal, Main window, Server status pane:

- right click on player name, who has not yet started a game. (it should not work with players that have game in progress...)
- select Sync files option
- sellected player get a prompt window : "PlayerName wants to sync ModuleName Files from you." yes/no.
- if person clicks yes - download processes starts and copies all module files from one PC to another.


- add potion in preferences to disable the feature.

I'm already planning to do this for V4.
