lame question... but how do you save your module?

I've almost finished the beta version of my game, but I cannot figure out how to save it so I can give it to others...
I tried the "Create Module installer" but that gave me all kinds of creepy stuff.

And there is no documentation on this, or not that I seen.

Just send them the file you've been working on. They can load it by selecting Play Module from the VASSAL main menu just like how you can load it by selecting Edit Module.

I just add the extension .mod to my game files and they always work fine.
(Yet another Briggs. There must be millions of us out there.)

I stuck it in a zipped folder, and that seems to work fine...
