How to contact RKinney to register as developer?

I attempted to follow the link on the Eclipse Set-up page here (http://www.vassalengine.org/wiki/Eclipse_setup) but it went to a page that doesn’t exist. Can someone forward this to Rodney Kinney for me? I would like to register as a developer.

What is SF? Do I need to ensure uniqueness somewhere? (Not that running into another pgeerkens is likely.

SF is SourceForge. If you’re not registered at SourceForge, I can’t add you
as a developer.

That username doesn’t exist at SF. You have to register at SF before
I can add you as a member of the project.
