Downloaded the TOI basic decks but nothings there when in game.
I just downloaded and ran the module and the decks show up fine in my game. It sounds like you didn’t set up an extension folder for the game. In the folder where the module is located, make another folder and name it:
TideOfIron_v1.7_ext
That’s where any file that’s listed as an extension for this game needs to go, like the card decks. Now when you run the game you should see a message show up that the deck has been loaded, and then you’re good to go.
