Can anyone tell me, step by step, how to upload module? 
I need help for this also.
I want to update the Babylon 5 ACTA mod.
The current version on Vassal is totally out of date.

You need to be logged in to the site and be listed as one of the contributors on the Contributors page for the module. Email one of the existing contributors to ask to be added. If they don’t respond, send me an email and I will make you a contributor. Then you can upload files from the module’s Files page.
