I recently upgraded to the latest version of VASSAL and the first thing I noticed is that all my listed, opened and imported game list was gone. Then when I opened up VASL to play ASL it prompted me for the board location. After setting that, and also setting in the preferences it still prompts me every time for the board directory even though I have set it.
This is very annoying and it never happened in the last version.
