latest news, did some changes and broke some things, i have some time tonight to work on it

Anything new to report? I´d love to try out the module.

I’ve experienced trouble with the display in scenario 1. Graphics, except some tokens, are not visible to the right of the board. The tokens and their relative placements lead me to believe the track sheet is what is not being displayed to the right of the board. The lower right part of the board, K5-K8, are not visible. When zooming out (less than 63% zoom), the entire map disappears. Also, when zooming out and when scrolling over the non-visible areas, bad module data messages appear in the dialog area.

I haven’t attempted much else with this module. I’m running Windows XP, the latest Vassal, and the module in solitaire mode. I tried re-downloading the module, but no changes.

It’s unlikely that you have a corrupt module if you’re able to open
the module at all. Downloading it again will not help. (Nor will
reinstalling VASSAL, nor will reinstalling Java…)

Post the contents of your errorLog here from a run where you’re seeing
the problem.

I tried uploading the file, but got a message extension not allowed. It looks like a text file. I saved it as a text file, and uploaded it.

Thanks for your help.

The “Image not found” lines indicate the cause of the problem you’re
seeing. The first time a module is loaded, large images are sliced
into tiles, starting at the upper left. You said that the parts of
the map which don’t display are in the lower right, which are the
last tiles to be written. I suspect that when you loaded the module
the first time, tiling was interrupted before the tiles in the lower
right were written to disk. Hence, they’re not found now when you
try to load the module.

Clear the tile cache (from the Module Manager: Tools > Clear Tile
Cache), then open the module again. That will cause the tiles to be
regenerated.

That fixed it!

Thanks.
