What is the proper procedure for getting an unauthorized game module removed from the Vassal site? I cannot seem to find any instructions on this. The only thing I found was a link to contact the webmaster via email, but this seems to have had no effect whatsoever (it’s been a couple of weeks and the module is still available for download).
Given the number of Vassal modules that have been released without the publisher’s or designer’s consent, I would think this information should be available in a “stickied” thread, or somewhere equally prominent.

Thanks for the replies. Will give it a bit longer, given the circumstances.
I’d rather not say on a public forum. I’d like to avoid a rush of people downloading the module before it is pulled. The idea is to minimize the damage done, rather than maximize it.

That is the procedure. I reply to all mail that comes to the webmaster
address. Can you tell me the date and time when you sent your message?

Waiting longer will not help, since I’m not aware of any message to
which I haven’t replied. If you can tell me at least the address from
which the message was sent, then I can try to determine what happened
to it.
Instead of seeking to remove it, why don’t you arrange a pricing so people can buy the virtual boardgame on here.
Theres money to be made and both parties will be satisfied.
