Development builds?

I have been trying to download the latest 3.2 development build from

vassalengine.org/builds/

but I find that page always completely empty. Bad luck or wrong link?

Also, is it possible to read anywhere on the site/forum the latest change list for upcoming releases?

I’ve added this to the tracker as Bug 4468. We’ll fix this after we get
an automated build system set up on our server.
