Hello Joe,
I would really like to play Battle Cry (PBEM), but I have a question about LOS on Hills.

Question: If a unit is on a non-plateaus hill firing at an enemy unit also on a non-plateaus hill, AND there’s a non-plateaus hill hex between them, is there LOS?

Yes, pretty sure LOS would be blocked, same as if it was a forest hex.
