Ummm… maybe. It sounds like an interesting game but the manual looks pretty big - I’ll take a look through it and see if it looks like something I’d go for 
Well, OK I looked over the manual and frankly it has me a bit confused… but I’d be willing to give it a try if you’re the patient sort. 
I really like Urban Sprawl but PBeM would be brutal when you get to the Event cards in the Planning Deck that sporadically pop up. Is there a group that you know of that plays live on the weekend or on a specific weeknight?
