Text in Notes window won't save

After upgrading to 3.2.8, any text I type into the Notes window during play no longer saves when I close the program and then reopen it later. Did not have this issue with any earlier versions.

For the DAK II module from MMP’s Operational Combat Series.
I tested all my other OCS modules by entering some text.
The Case Blue/GB II module has the same problem, but all other modules work just fine.
