X-wing cards have no text other than title

Why is it that these cards have no effect text? Please someone help figure this out.

Probably a publisher requirement for the continued availability of the module. Fantasy Flight Games almost always requires this. Quoting from the module page: "Cards and Units are blanked. You MUST own the game to play this module."
