I am trying to put 3 extensions on the 6.30 module of World in Flames. I have succeeded with the first extension and the other two I cannot seem to get them to work. They are the PatKif extensions. I have right clicked the module and then went to add extensions, and got each one. Is there something else I need to do?

Be more specific about what’s failing. In what way are the additional
extensions not working?

The Commonwealth units should be a tan color instead they are still blue.

That sounds like a module or extension bug. Have you asked the
maintainer of the module or extension about the problem?

No, I haven’t. For my opponent the extension seems to work fine.

The “module with extensions added” should just be the module file
and the extension files. The only reason I could see sending them to
someone by email being problatic is if they’re very large.

Those extensions work with Version 7.00, if that is helpful.
Note however, they are not all the CW units, they are only the ones that changed values or are new units from when KiF was issued.
When working, you should see two more lines added in the counter lists, looks like this:

thanks, that does help. My opponent is stuck on using WiF module 6.30. Somebody got it to work on his module, but I could not get it to work on mine.
