I've been using Vassal for a while and it's a really great program, but the one thing everyone I've ever introduced to it says is "how come ctrl+z is not the hotkey for 'undo'?" There is an "undo last move" button on the interface, and ctrl+z is the de facto standard for "undo previous action" in every other piece of software I've ever used from photoshop to Sony Movie Studio to Microsoft Word. Why is it not the case here?
Next, I'd absolutely love if ctrl+mouse wheel would zoom in and out. This is the default way to zoom in and out of web pages in browsers like Chrome, and I've gotten used to using it whenever I want to zoom in and out on something. F1 and F3 are not always easily reachable.
In my mind there is no reason at all that these two (among others) are not standard hotkeys throughout every vassal module. Is there a technical limitation I'm not aware of or are the developers simply not aware of these standards?
