Using module 4.2h with Vassal 3.2.16.

FIrst, what a rich module! Kudos to the designers/contributors!

I have tried everything I can think of to move the cyan “Total” markers for US/FWA Riverine, Transport, and Air points on the GRT. How does one move them up after purchase of additional points?

Hold down the SHIFT key while you click on it. Make sure no other unit is selected because SHIFT+Click is also the way to select multiple units.
