Every module page has a second tab, labeled Discussion, yet I have yet to see any discussions for any modules - why?
Are most people unaware of the existence of the Discussion tabs?
Are they too obscure even for the people who are aware of them?
Does anyone care?

The discussion tabs are a standard feature of MediaWiki, which is the
wiki we’re using. They get a lot of use on Wikipedia, but I’ve not seen
them used much elsewhere.
