London is presently GMT +1. Kudos for at least giving a GMT time. I’ve seen this happen before with a UK gamer or two who for whatever reason do not grasp exactly what GMT represents and what Big Ben represents (London local time). Thankfully it was not I who stewed for ‘almost’ the extra hour before giving up.
