That depends on how you removed it.
If you removed the module from VASSAL’s module manager, the only effect
that has is for the module manager to stop displaying it. The module
file will still be wherever you put it.
If you deleted the file and you’re using an OS which has a Trash or a
Recycle Bin, the module will be there unless you’ve emptied the Trash
or Recycle Bin.
