Refresh Counters - default options idea

I had a couple of simple ideas on Refresh Counters that I think would help module developers…

  1. Provide a Preferences Option to always prompt for Refresh Counters when starting a preset scenario (default = off, of course)

  2. On the Refresh Counters panel, retain the setting of the checkbox option between uses.

A little workaround idea; put a reminder in the module. For example, an Alert() in the STARTUP gkc filtered on your PlayerName (or whatever).
