I made this Game Piece round counter (actually it is made using 2 game pieces . This one is designed for 4 players and 4 Phases per Round.
It has different functions.

1. It can indicate who is the current first player
2. what is the current game phase
3. who among the players have completed their action
4. what is the current round.

I am currently using this for my module SpaceOpera_v1.02. Do you think this is something that can be useful for your game as well?

It is nice. I still wonder how to lock inactive users action when it's not their turn.
Is there an easy way to do that ?

yep! i think vassal is still pretty much like a physical boardgame.
