There is no simple way to modify the order at will, that I know of.

However, you can push any piece in a stack to the bottom with the DOWN
command-key and to the top with the UP one. Anything more complicated..
you need trigger and global key commands to play with multiple UPs
(and/or DOWNs), for example.
