[messages] [Opponents Wanted] Design and play

I am looking for someone to help I designing and playing old Strategy
and Tactics games.  The games would not be for public consumption since
we do not want to rile the S&T police.  I do already have a few but my
module design skills are limited.  After making the module then I would
like to play the game.  I live in EDST.
