Lance,

You have to do only one change:

 Beneath Main Map, under Map Boards, click on where it says "Select
Default Board Setup", and then DO NOT select one of the maps --- that
way before beginning play, the vassal module will ask to choose one of
your two maps.

Unfortunately your current pre-defined setup will have to be redone from
scratch...
