[messages] [Technical Support & Bugs] Download loop

[Illustrator]

I'm trying to download Vassal, I had it a year or so ago, but a new
version is here.
I have an apple machine, not happy with it for other reasons.
Processor  2.7 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory  8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics  AMD Radeon HD 6630M 256 MB
Software  Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63)
When I download the file and attempt to open the download it tells me a
new version is available - download it? On and on and on. Its' a loop
and I can't get out.
What have I done wrong.
