I cannot find this topic so I'll bang it out.  Placing a Blaze counter
in a night scenario highlights a radius of hexes like illumination.  The
radius is variable according to the type of Blaze placed.  The problem
is that the light penetrates blocking terrain.  The light cast should be
LOS dependent.
