I am trying to create a mod for a card game.  I have added player hand
maps to the module.  I was expecting a button for each hand to show up
upon running the mod, but instead it loads up with Player 1 hand open. 
If I close the hand window, the mod shuts down.  Any guidance here would
be much appreciated.  Thanks.
