[messages] [Technical Support & Bugs] Layer image selection maintains deleted image definitions

I deleted 4 game piece image definitions; however, they are still
selectable and available in the Layer image selection drop down box.
How do I get rid of these "stuck images" since they are no longer used
by any game pieces in any palette and they are no longer in the game
piece image definitions?
