Most Help buttons open help pages in external Browser. Individual Traits open Help page in an internal 'browser' window.

Make this consistent and add a Preference

Open Help pages in default browser? 

to select which the user prefers.

The Player help files all open in internal windows. Presumably because the source files reside inside the module and can't be exported to an external browser?
