Update to version 0.54 as some supply markers weren't showing up.
Also tweaked the map.jpg to include both Allied and German impulse tracks, the idea is to have each player move the ADV marker to the next impulse. The Germans always would move diagonally upwards, while the Allies would move the ADV marker diagonally forward down on a normal impulse or diagonally backward down for a naval or air impulse in L2 rules to replay the same impulse again because naval/air does not advance the marker to the next impulse.
