Minor bug fixed; in 1.0 tactic chits were owned by both players so that both could mask them--to speed up PBEM games. That in turn made tactic chits always visible to both players rendering them kind of useless.
Now chits can be masked--you would mask a chit, place it on board, send the log over to the other player and he would then flip it over when resolving the combat.
