Added: (1) reference cards (flip card to move between starting setup and event list); (2) card "sleeves" by faction/alliance (i.e. Ice Golem available under TO tab with TO back, GD tab with GD back, etc.); (3) rule cards, including VW rules on back of VW card and MIW rules on back of MIW card; and (4) new second summoner units under relevant alliance tabs, and Alliance summoners' wall graphics. Fixed: (1) alphabetization; (2) grammar/spelling; (3) Avalanche so it functions like a wall; and (4) Mook flips with CTRL+F.
