Module talk:Bismarck

Thanks to Chris Kenney and Nicolas Cluzeau, version 1.3 has been proven defective! Do not d/l 1.3! Version 1.4 is in the bullpen. This version has addressed the issue of opp's moves being reported. After Vassal's site move and revamp I have not been able to figure out how to upload the new version that replaces the old version. Awaiting word from Vassal on how to do this.
