TLD-v0.6b09 is the final version of 0.6.Primary goal was to identify and correct all the unique coutner and label names of the 1600 counters in version 0.5. Due to the correct unique names, the Refresher tool is working correctly to update counter traits as needed and as new capabilities are added. Scenario Start Files for scenario 1 and 2 have been updated. DO NOT YET USE FOR STARTING GAMES OF SCENARIO 3, 4, 5, OR CAMPAIGN, WAIT FOR VERSION 0.7 [ETA 420419].
